Has been put together by Evolution Slimming to combine the fast effective results that Raspberry Ketones and Green Coffee extract have been shown to give – according to the manufacturer – fast and effective results.

So Does Ketone Balance Duo Really Work As Evolution Claim?

As I’ve already indicated, Ketone Balance is the combination of two key ingredients that have on their own, been shown to help people with their weight loss goals.

I think what Evolution imply is that by taking a combination formula, you will get a more effective result than other single ingredient products on their own.

Raspberry Ketones (200mg)– This is the aroma compound in red raspberries. It’s said to regulate adiponectin – a protein in the body that helps regulate the metabolism.

Ketone Balance Duo also contains Guarana Extract (100mg). It’s an effective stimulant found in many energy drinks. Two and a half time the caffeine of coffee, it’s widely used by fitness enthusiasts for its metabolism, energy and performance boosting effects.

There is also L- Carnitine L – Tartrate – it’s been around in the fitness and body building industry for decades. It’s used in weight loss products to enhance fat burning.

Now personally I’m not the biggest fan of Dr Oz but I think he has put forward come pretty convincing arguments, seemingly backed up by a lot of credible research.

What Else Should You Know About Ketone Balance Duo?

The usual disclaimers are given by the company including not recommended for pregnant mothers, children etc.

The main ingredients have been around for a while now and while there are no studies that I can find about possible side effects, it would be prudent to consult your physician before taking any supplements if you are taking any medications or suffer from any illness.
